The Best Restaurant in Cartagena, Colombia

This is not a sponsored post, this is literally just an amazing restaurant. This is Colombitalia:

Located on Cra. 10 ##30-1, Cartagena 13001 Colombia

This restaurant provides excellent quality service and delicious food. They provide a blend of traditional Colombian food with Italian culture and cuisine. To start, their arepas are insane:

Eggs, bacon, ham, cheese - their toppings (and sauces) list for their Colombian arepas is basically never-ending. From Italian-inspired to traditional Colombian arepas, you're sure to not be disappointed.

Now, if you're reading this and aren't the biggest fan of arepas: worry not! In addition to their arepas department, Colombitalia also has a sit-down restaurant:

Here, a greater variety of food is served. Consistent with the theme of combining Colombian and Italian cuisine, traditional Colombian dishes such as "Carne Asada" and salads are served here, while Italian pastas and pizzas are also available to order:

I had one of the greatest restaurant experiences I've ever had here at Colombitalia. The customer service and attention to detail was impeccable, and the some of the staff also speak very good English. This makes it easier for those who aren't fluent in Spanish to communicate their order and their needs. The staff is cheerful and helpful, providing suggestions when asked.

Let's take a glance at my order:

A Traditional Colombian Burger with Fries. Take a look at the drinks ;)

The burger was delicious, and the fries were perfectly salted. However, there is something in particular that I wanted to draw attention to. The piña coladas!

The piña coladas at Colombitalia were easily the best piña coladas I've ever had in my life! The perfect combination of sweetness and pineapple juice, with almost unnoticeable alcohol proves to be a dangerous combination, as you'll never get enough!

The prices at Colombitalia are very affordable. Food in Colombia in general is significantly cheaper than in the United States, and with Colombitalia not being a super upscale facility, rest assured that your dollars (or pesos) will be made full use of. I hope to return to Cartagena one day, and, when I do, I know I will definitely be hitting up Colombitalia again for my dinners!

If there's one restaurant you must try in Cartagena, it's Colombitalia! When you go, make sure to tell them I sent you!

Thanks for reading!
